Sending Your Canine Friend
Are you looking to transport your beloved pup? Shipping your puppy is a great way to get them to their destination safely and comfortably. We can help you get your pup to their destination with ease. Let us take care of the details so you can focus on the important things like preparing for your pup’s arrival. With our expertise, your pup will be ready to join their new home in no time.
We offer shipping for our customers in South Africa. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us for more information. We prioritize the health and safety of your puppy and want them to reach you as quickly as possible.
A shipping fee depending on your location will be included in the price of the puppy. This charge covers the airfare, a veterinarian’s fee for the health certificate needed for air travel, and a portable airline-approved pet carrier with attachable water and food dishes. The date given below the puppy’s picture is the earliest date that the puppy can be shipped. We will make all the necessary arrangements and ensure that your puppy is prepared for the journey. At the airport, they will receive special care before departure.
Pets are the last to board and first to deplane, and have their own section in the cargo hold that is the same pressurized and temperature-controlled environment as the cabin. With a soft towel and a dark, comfortable interior, your pet will most likely be snoozing through the flight, without the need for sedation, which is dangerous and against airline regulations. Should there be any delays requiring kennel pick-up/drop-off, we will cover the additional costs. International customers may need to pay an extra customs fee upon pick-up.
Picking Up Your Puppy at the Airport
Call the phone number provided before heading to the airport. Go to the customer service counter in the baggage claim area and show photo ID to pick up your puppy. Depending on the travel time, provide him with food and water. Besides photo ID and food/water, there is nothing else you need to bring (if it’s a surprise, remember to bring a camera)!
